...of writing and critiquing. My cp was on deadline, and I like to be able to give timely feedback, so I made her stuff a priority. I still managed to work on not one but two manuscripts this week, though I'm only counting the words on my contemporary paranormal for my week's total. That's because I need to keep my eye on the ball--the GH deadline of December 3rd will be here before I know it. In fact, the contest should start taking entries sometime this month. I have another manuscript I'll be entering, but I'd like to get this one in as well.
My challenge this week was not, as you might imagine, finding time to write. It was my plot. I switched the timeline of certain events and ended up hitting a wall on how to deal with the repercussions. I eventually scaled the wall, but I had to spend a day just thinking about where to go. Fun stuff, though. I love sorting through that sort of problem.
