Making Progress

This week was challenging, but in a good way. Most of my time was spent on the first love scene between my hero and heroine. I enjoy writing love scenes, but the first one in a manuscript often takes me quite a while to write because I feel strongly that the barriers between the two characters must come down in a realistic way and that the love scene must proceed in a way that's unique to these two people.

My word count for the week was decent in spite of the love scene. I ended up at
